For those of you who didn't hear about this event....WOW. I don't even know where to begin. A couple named the Hatfields who live in Lindon put this "Princess Festival" together for their charity organization. 100% of the donations received at the Princess Festival are used to help children and their families in Kenya, Africa.
"In Our Own Quiet Way" and the Hatfieldadelphia fantasy land in Lindon were created by a generous Utah Valley couple whose love of their own grandchildren inspired a desire to help the people in a small village in Kenya. It was unbelievable. So I took Elle or should I say "Belle" and we went on a little adventure for about 1 1/2 hrs to save 5 princesses! You would have thought we were at disneyland. Elle couldn't stop smiling. She got her hair done and glitter nails and made a fairy wand and crown...it was so so great. They had characters everywere...you could have a tea party with Alice in Wonderland or fly with Peter Pan and Tinkerbell...it was wonderful. I'm sure this little event won't be little for long. I love people who do things like this. No doubt we'll support them again next year!
