Happy Birthday to my Boys!!!
I love that my boys birthdays are 3 days apart...it's an excuse for a whole week of celebrating!!! We decided to make it a tradition and my parents reserved the SLCC institute gym (where dad works). We had the entire basketball court, ping pong, air hockey, pool tables, volleyball nets, and movie screen to ourselves:) We had yet another dance party and moved on to some crazy tornado games. Cash received his "Lightning Keen" four wheeler and my Mom made Toby his favorite Mud Pie for Desert. SO fun. Then Sunday we had a WONDERFUL dinner at Todd and Kathy's along with a fun birthday party for Tob and Cash. Any time you started to sing Happy Birthday to Cash he joined right in and started to sing to himself. He even would say "...dear Cash". It was really cute. In fact he's still doing it. And if you ask him how old he is...he'll say three. (He's two) I LOVE my two boys more than any girl could possibly love any two boys.:) Happy Birthday TOBY and CASH!!!! (thank you Tory and Janie for sending him his spider man stuff...he was so excited!)

Shopaholics
Who in their right mind would wake up at the break of dawn...pull both kids out of bed...and wait in line to be one of the first 50 customers at Old Navy that morning? Jami and I would! Especially if that meant getting an additional 50% off anything and everything in the store. Our hearts and our carts were full:)

Halloween 2009
HIGHLIGHTS
1.Wimmer Halloween Party at the Farm: The kids absolutely love this party! It would have been well worth the drive just to see JD and Ashley's costume...I still laugh just thinking about it - Such a fun day
2. Downs Family Halloween Party: Another favorite...we played bingo, ate doughnuts from a broomstick without hands, bobbed for apples, and danced all night to "men in black" "thriller" and "party in the usa" - and gave lots of hugs..if only you could have been a fly on the wall in our basement that night ;)
3. Halloween Night: Everyone was sick for the 3rd Halloween in a row!!! I really didn't want Elle to miss out on another year of Trick or Treating so we bundled the kids up and took em out! They were little troopers and didn't want to stop. Cash didn't want to be held and wanted to hold on to his own little pumkpin the whole way. They were so cute and said Trick or Treat and Thank you so politely every time as they'd reach in the peoples buckets themselves...ahhh! 2 for 3 isn't bad. Once when Brooklyn got tired and started to cry a little Elle told her, "Why are you crying Brooklyn?! Halloween is the best night of Everyone's Life!!!" Pretty close.
4. Elle was so sweet...she wanted to be a princess this year but when she saw "spider-girl" (cash LOVES spider man so that was a given)she changed her mind so her and Cash could be "the same". Pretty cute.
