Collins Leigh Rogers

She's finally here!!! Jamie and Jace had their baby girl and she is as beautiful as ever. Oh she's such a doll. They named her Collins Leigh Rogers and we are all in LOVE. My little boys especially love babies so they are super excited to have a new cousin. We've had little Kellen boy here while they've been adjusting to two so it's been fun to have another little guy around. Welcome to the family baby Collins! You are so loved!

Mothers DAY!!!

I think that Mothers Day needs to happen twice a year. It's just the best day. We went out to Alpine right after church to see Kathy and spend some time with her. It was a beautiful day so they jumped on the tramp and had fun outside. Then we had my mom over here and had some fun dessert. I got maybe the best gift I've ever been given from my kids. Elle is so darn cute. She of course organized and implemented it all. She traced and painted each of my kids handprints onto a canvas. She even let the little boys paint their own hands. hahah. Oh my heart just wanted to explode. It seriously meant so much to me. It's hanging in my office as I speak. I feel like the luckies mom in the entire world. There's no harder or better job out there. I try so hard to be the Mom I want them to remember and so often I fall short. But i'll just keep trying. They deserve that. Thank you for making it such a beautiful day.

Elle's 13th BIRTHDAY!!!

What do I say about this beautiful beautiful girl? She's amazing. And now...she's THIRTEEN!!!! What?! I can't even believe it. How on earth do I have a freaking teenager. Although at the same time I've felt like I've had one for a long time because she's so smart and so ahead of her time. Her birthday was a one a Sunday. So what did she want to do?? She wanted to go back to the place where she got Westley a year ago...Portage. Haha! So we went back to Portage Utah! We called the people who we bought Westley from and they met us at the park with Westley Parents and Sister. How cool is that?! His dad, the Pomeranian was a bit of dead beat father haha but his Mom, the husky was so cute with him! His sister looked just like him and they ran and played together and Elle loved every second of it. We had a picnic at the park and then came home and had her favorite ice cream pie together. I adore this girl. She's smart, kind, fun, the best nurturer, and takes such good care of her little brothers. We'd be lost without her in this family!!! Happy Birthday my sweet TEENAGER!!

Cinco De Mayo

Had a great time celebrating both Elle's birthday AND Cinco De Mayo at the same time! Lots of peppers, fajitas, mexican flags, and mustaches. The weather was beautiful so we were able to play outside and bring some of the party out there. It's always been kind of fun to mesh the two celebrations together and make it a bit of a tradition. Good times.
