The timing of this lined up really well! BYU was playing their opening game in the new Raiders Stadium right on Kemp’s birthday weekend. So we got a room at the Westin in Lake Las Vegas and made a fun birthday weekend out of it! My parents got to come which made it extra special. The hotel was incredible! Awesome pool and slide and had this really fun ropes course out on the lake. The Ashby’s came down as well so we were able to meet up with them and they came to celebrate Kemp as well. The kids loved doing all the fun things. My mom got to take Kemp to a special little birthday breakfast which he loved. Then for dinner we all went out to the Raiders Restaurant for Dinner. We had our own little room and table and sang to Kemp and gave him presents. It was great. Super fun way to celebrate him turning 7. PLEASE time…slow down!!!
