Elle's been waiting for Fall to come FOREVER and today there were leaves on Grandma's lawn so she said, "Yes Mom!!! It's finally fall today!!" When it's not fall they jump in my piles off laundry and pretend those are leaves...even after the clothes are folded...so I'm happy they have some real leaves to jump in:) I know it's fall because we just got done taking family pictures last week outside and it was freezing!!! Tob and I celebrated six years on Oct 11th! At times it seems like it's flown by and other times like it's been forever...and both are a good thing. We celebrated with our tradition of eating at the Melting Pot aka my favorite restaurant ever. Why is that place so dang good? And another shout out to TJ for the amazing hook up. We ate cheaper there than if we had gone to Mcdonalds. Here is a pic of us when we got the bill. :) Thanks for 6 wonderful and FUN years Tob!!!
For Elle's first preschool fieldtrip (which by the way I think it so neat and fun to do) her class met up at Cornbelly's. Her and her little friend Hope looked so cute in their little matching shirts...and Cash and Caymbree were thrilled to tag along with their big sisters. Jami and I headed down there with all the kids and our subway meals and had a great time watching the kids have a great time. That's what it's all about, right? :)
I just heard Elle say, "Oh Cash. I just LOVE you." I can't tell you how much I LOVE that! There's something about watching your kids be best friends. Elle is so cute to watch out for Cash and take care of him...and Cash just cries when Elle goes to preschool, dance, or to play with a friend. He mimicks every little thing that she does. They make each other laugh all the time and I hear them say, "you're funny" to each other all the time, although Elle's version is a lot clearer:) I looked over in the car the other night and caught a picture of them holding hands...(I wasn't the one driving) They really are best little friends.
