Family Pics 2010 (posting embarassingly late in 2001)
In all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays I failed to post some pictures from one of my sisters first attempts at being a real true grown up professional photographer:)....Our (entire) Family pictures! Let me tell you it is NOT easy to get this many people together for picture, but it was worth every effort because it made my mother so happy, and rightfully so. We were able to snag a few individual family pics as well...and besides my obvious admiration of my sister, I think she did a wonderful job. It also doesn't hurt that the kids she photographed are pretty darn cute:)

Sledding with Grandpa
A couple of years ago one of the gifts that was under the tree that said "To:Greg, From:Greg" was a red flexible flyer sled. It's kind of like an old fashioned toboggan-like sled and it has become a tradition to have Grandpa come over and take the kids for ride the week after Christmas. And maybe I hop on some of the time...to make sure the kids are okay of course:)

Goodbye 2010 Hello 2011!
We rang in the year with the annual "Jones New Years Eve Party." Every year by the end of the night my cheeks hurt from smiling...and this year was no exception. We've all been friends for 15+ years and it's such a wonderful excuse to get together. There was lots of playing crud, eating, laughing, and illegal fireworks. These guys are like family to me and I'm so grateful for their close friendship. Here's to a wonderful New Year!!!! p.s. and thanks to Mom and Dad for watching and playing with our two peanuts. I love you too:)

Mission Accomplished
I have always wanted to make my kids stockings since I grew up with homemade stockings from my Mom so six years and two kids later....ta dah! I was totally inspired by my friend Amberlee who made her kids stockings and I loved potterybarn's and quite honestly they're not near as good as either, but I was pretty happy with the outcome and they have the one quality that I wanted the very most in them. Homemade. (I won't mention that it took two full days to cut out all the felt, design the patterns, sew, and then quilt them.) Thank goodness I have another year to finish mine and Tob's:)
