We are always looking for a fun different activity we can do as a family so we were so excited when we heard all about the ICE CASTLES in Midway. It was a little bit of a drive but we stopped in Provo and got some WaffleLove and got all bundled up and headed to Midway. The ice castles were BREATHTAKING. It was especially fun because the hit movie Frozen had just coming out so they were playing "let it go" and all of the amazing music from the movie and even had the cutest little "Olaf" at the end of the maze. Tate makes us smile all the time. You're not supposed to touch the icecicles but of course Tate grabbed one and just started sucking away. He wasn't very fond of the cold and cracked us up when we got to Olaf the snowman because he couldn't take his eyes off of him. Glad we got there when we did because by the next weekend they were melting and had to close them down. Hope they open them again because we loved it.
