Elle's Coat Drive, Our Evening at Temple Square, and buying Sibling Gifts

Sure love that Elle has started this tradition of her Christmas coat or stuffed animal drive. This year was her coat drive. She makes and passes out the fliers all by herself. It's so neat to see how many people get involved and drop stuff off. It's awesome. We had like 6 or 7 huge garbage bags full of used and new coats. Dropping those off to the road home never gets old. As soon as we did that we headed over to Temple Square where we walked around to see the lights, the nativity scene, the Macy's Candy Windows, and then got hot chocolate at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. And I also talked Toby into letting some of us jump out of the car and run in the Grand America to see the giant gingerbread house and the toy windows there. That kept my boys mesmerized forever. And then to top it off of all people to run into we run into Jordan Kristee and Mads. We were laughing so hard when we spotted each other. - Saturday morning we woke up and took the kids to the Black Bear diner. It was GREAT food! Then we headed over to TJ Maxx to let the kids buy sibling gifts for each other. That's always an adventure trying to hide it and give them money but not too much. They are darling thinking of each other and what they would like. Makes my heart happy.
