April was busy and so much fun! Celebrating Easter was wonderful! One of my very favorite holidays. We got to spend time both at Kathys and at my parents hunting for eggs and eating delicious food.
We also went to Desert Color with the Stevens and Ashbys for Spring Break. We had so much fun eating good food, playing games, playing tennis, swimming and even went to Zions at the end of the weekend to hike a little bit together. Sure love those two family’s and really treasure our friendship with them.
Elle went to her Junior Prom in April! How crazy is that. She went with a good friend named Bridger and had such a wonderful time.
My Dad also is in the thick of Cancer Treatments right now. I probably haven’t talked a lot about this but he was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin Lymphoma. Man getting that phone call was not easy. I called Jamie and we both ended up at Josh’s and I just could not stop the tears from coming. Josh had these shirts made for everyone to let him know he is not alone. We’ll fight it together every step of the way. It’s going to be strange to see him with no to little hair. But we have faith and feel like he can do this. Sure love my family and the way we come together for everything.
We also added a new little member to the family. Jamie and Jace welcomed a sweet little girl named Lennon and she honestly couldn’t be an ounce cuter. She’s absolutely perfect.
